It's Tutorial Tuesday and today we are making a large potholder. If you have one of those big honkin' glass pans that won't fit on a regular potholder like I do, this project is for you.
For this project you will need:
- A 12” x 16” piece of cotton fabric for the front
- A 15” x 19” piece of cotton fabric for the back
- Two pieces of cotton batting measuring 12” x 16”. You could also use Insul-Bright, an insulated batting with heat resistant properties.
- Basting spray
- Rotary cutter
- Cutting ruler
- Cutting mat
- Sewing machine
- Matching thread
