Tutorial Tuesday - How to Make Pan Protectors

It's Tutorial Tuesday and I have a new project for you. Today we are making pan-pot-glass bowl protectors. They whip up pretty darn fast and work well to keep down the scratches when you're stacking your pans-pots-glass bowls.

In addition to the regular sewing supplies, for this project you will need:
  • Two pieces of fabric measuring 12” x 12”
  • A piece of cotton batting measuring 12” x 12" These fabric measurements make one standard pan protector. If you have multiple larger pans you will want to increase your fabric sizes.
  • Template downloaded from here
  • Basting spray
  • Pinking shears (optional, but a nice touch)
  • Some kind of lid to use as a circle template
