I do love me some prime rib. I don’t eat it all that much anymore and haven’t even mentioned it on the blog for years. In looking back, I did write about it (and take a picture of it) almost exactly seven years ago. It was May 27, 2013, and of course we were on a cruise ship. Looks like a potato chip, doesn’t it? Well, it is. A prime rib and horseradish chip. And they are amazing!
